How do I change the email associated with my account?
Submit a request here to change the email linked to your account. If you're with an organization, consider using a generic email like marketing@yourorg.com. This way, you won't need to change the email associated with the account every time someone leaves or joins your team.
I'm having trouble importing my calendar to Stanza. What can I do?
Make sure you’re following the required format - calendar link has to start with “http://” and end with “.ics”. Take a look at the video under “Getting Started” for importing manual calendars before submitting a request here.
Why are the changes I made not reflecting on the shared version of my calendar?
For manual calendars, changes made in the calendar app will reflect immediately on Stanza. However, it will take longer for changes to reflect on subscribers’ calendars. These are the historical syncing frequency of popular calendars:
Apple updates upon starting the app & every 1-3 hours.
Google normally updates every 24 hours.
Outlook updates upon starting the app & every 1-3 hours.
Outlook.com updates every 3 hours.
Yahoo updates every 8-12 hours.
Who can I contact for support if I encounter issues with Stanza?
Submit a request here. We prioritize creators on paid plans over free creators. Paid creators will receive a response within 24 hours M-F. Free creators will receive a response within 14 days.
What should I do if I notice an image on the site that violates a trademark?
We take intellectual property rights very seriously. If you believe that an image uploaded to our platform infringes upon a trademark, please notify us immediately. We review all reports of trademark infringement and take appropriate action, including removing the image if it is found to violate trademark laws. Here's how you can report a potential trademark violation:
Locate the image in question and take note of any details that identify it (such as the calendar page URL and the specific event’s title).
Send us an email with a detailed explanation of the trademark in question and how the image infringes upon it. Be sure to include:
Your contact information.
The trademark registration number or proof of trademark ownership.
A clear identification of the image and where it appears on our site.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the image is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.

Upon receipt of your notice, we will investigate the matter and respond accordingly. For any image that is confirmed to be infringing, we will remove it from the site.
